WARRANTY AGREEMENT FOR THE END USER:
*These are applicable to all electronic cigarette units, except if it is stated as no warranty on the specific item set (that will be documented in sms conversation upon purchasing) & no warranty for the full mechanical units.
1. “INK ON WARRANTY STICKER" should NOT BE FADED, not even a little fade.
2. “INTERNAL BATTERY SYSTEM” battery/unit defect can be replaced after the agreement on warranty condition and warranty expiry date.
3. We only give 3 DAYS WARRANTY AGREEMENT AFTER RECEIPT.
4. STRICTLY WILL NOT ACCEPT THE FF. CONDITION:
- Any form of physical damage.
- Misused / abused unit. Including: shorted and grounded batteries, scratches on the unit & thread.
>> Inabuso at binaboy unit tapos ipapapalit mo? Main point is INTERNAL BATTERY SYSTEM DEFECT ang pasok sa warranty (fast low battery and/or not charging), CONSIDERING NO PHYSICAL DAMAGE. Hindi kami charity, business is business. Kung di katanggap tanggap ang warranty agreement, replacement process at hindi ka aware sa advantage & disadvantage ng unit, don’t buy. Kung gusto magpatranslate o hindi maintindihan mga ito, call or text us. Simple. Bago bumili.

REPLACEMENT PROCESS (for validated condition):
1. Please take a picture of the ff. (in the CLEAREST SHOTS w/ natural lighting and NO USING OF FLASH):
- Thread on the battery (macro shot possible facing front)
- Charging port or connector
- Whole unit
>> Kung confident kayo at ayaw niyong mag send via PM ng mga required actual recent clear pics ng unit niyo, kapag nagkita ta'yo at hindi pumasok sa warranty agreement, may salita kaming "pasensyahan na lang. Nakapost naman e, diba?"
2. Kindly wait to validate the item. Be sure to report it via text, with the condition (what happened on the unit).
3. If validated, we may replace it where we met (but we’ll be waiting for another transaction for another buyer) or you may drop by in main pickup place if you want it rush (730 Veronidia Bdlg., 7th floor, left door (KALIWANG PINTO), doorbell. Text before coming. For shipping, buyer must pay the shipping fee again.
What is thread? Sukat sa kabitan ng unit at ng atomizer.
Atomizer is the heating element of an e-cigarette (na talagang tumutunog kasi NAGBABAGA). Kapag mainit na, PAPAHINGAHIN PARA HINDI MAPUNDI KAAGAD. :)

Huwag baboy at garapal gumamit. Kumbaga, bibili ka ng cellphone or other electronic gadgets na hindi mo aalamin warranty & use? That'll be a prob.
